Risk warning
A backtest is a historical measurement under assumptions. It is neither a promise of profit nor investment advice.
The French version is the controlling contractual text. Other languages are provided for information until native legal review.
Backtest limitations
Data, fees, spreads, slippage, liquidity, latency, selection bias, overfitting and code errors can change results. Past performance does not predict future performance and total loss of committed capital remains possible.
Audit scope
The audit aims to make assumptions, metrics and discrepancies more verifiable. It does not certify profitability, issue market orders or replace advice from an authorised professional.
Human decision
No worker, order or scan is triggered directly by payment. Any sensitive activation requires qualification, explicit approval and an exact strategy × asset × timeframe scope.
